• Team Leadership: Oversaw a team of intervention marshals, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring coordinated efforts.
• Incident Response: Managed rapid response to incidents during races and practice sessions to maintain event flow and safety.
• Coordination with Officials: Worked closely with race control and safety teams to ensure compliance with FIA regulations.
