Role: Experience & Operations Executive

As the Experience & Operations Executive for the 57th International Chemistry Olympiad, I oversaw the end-to-end operational journey and cultural immersion of over 350 international delegates, bridging complex logistics with world-class participant hospitality.

On-Site Responsibilities

• End-to-End Participant Care: Coordinated comprehensive operational support for more than 350 international students, ensuring a frictionless, high-quality experience throughout the Olympiad lifecycle.
• Arrivals & Ground Logistics: Managed complex airport arrival operations, 24/7 participant reception, specialized fleet transportation, and streamlined accommodation check-in workflows.
• Excursion Program Execution: Planned, mapped, and executed multi-destination cultural and educational excursion programs across the UAE for dozens of international country delegations.
• Premium Venue Coordination: Liaised directly with high-profile venues—including Louvre Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, and Museum of the Future—to fulfill strict participant access, security, and operational requirements.
• Movement & Scheduling Strategy: Developed highly detailed operational master schedules, route mappings, and synchronized group movement strategies for massive, time-sensitive delegate transfers.
• Vendor & Staff Management: Directed transportation providers, local tour operators, venue representatives, and dedicated support personnel to guarantee prompt, premium service delivery.
• Crowd Dynamics: Oversaw active participant flow, on-site crowd management, and group safety protocols during large-scale public excursions and official ceremonies.
• Centralized Liaison: Served as the primary operational bridge connecting organizing committees, academic boards, external vendors, and visiting team leaders to resolve real-time bottlenecks.
