Role: Venue Operations & Delivery Lead

As the Venue Operations & Delivery Lead for the UAE Tour and UAE Tour Women 2026, I held ultimate operational accountability for the finish-line footprint, orchestrating the end-to-end infrastructure rollout, live cross-functional management, and rapid site recovery of the race venues.

On-Site Responsibilities

• Finish-Line Infrastructure Delivery: Directed finish-line venue operations, verifying that all physical infrastructure, staging, and technical overlays were delivered strictly according to approved site plans.
• Cross-Functional Command: Managed vital communication and operational workflows across security, technical crews, protocol officers, hospitality teams, logistics providers, and venue management.
• VIP & Protocol Integration: Partnered with Protocol and Guest Services to facilitate seamless arrival, rapid accreditation workflows, and secure access control for royal dignitaries, VIPs, sponsors, and premium guests.
• Multi-Agency Safety Coordination: Collaborated alongside municipal authorities, police, and emergency medical services to support dynamic rolling road closures, strict public safety perimeters, and regulatory compliance.
• Rapid Venue Recovery & De-rig: Directed high-speed post-event recovery operations, coordinating the safe dismantling of heavy rigging, temporary structures, and technical broadcast assets to meet strict municipal site-clearance deadlines.
• Live Issue Escalation: Served as the primary point of escalation for on-site venue anomalies during active race finishes, resolving logistical bottlenecks instantly to protect live international broadcast windows.
