Role: Venue Management Associate

As a Venue Management Associate for the UAE Tour and UAE Tour Women 2025, I played a critical role in orchestrating finish-line operations, managing high-security access control, and ensuring immediate alignment between venue and technical teams during the race's most crucial moments.

On-Site Responsibilities

• Finish-Line Operations: Coordinated complex finish-line venue operations for the UAE Tour, ensuring strict compliance with approved site plans and dynamic operational requirements.
• Access Control & Security: Managed access control in close collaboration with security teams, facilitating secure and efficient entry to highly restricted areas for VIPs, dignitaries, and officials.
• Technical Liaison: Acted as the primary liaison between venue operations and technical teams, providing crucial real-time updates and resolving bottlenecks during the active race.
• Operational Readiness: Conducted continuous monitoring of the finish area to identify and mitigate logistical or safety risks, maintaining a secure environment for riders and staff.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Ensured on-site operations met the high standards required by the UCI and international broadcasters, keeping all functional areas running on schedule.
